LOCAL TRANSPORT


Geneva has a well developed public transport system. There is a RER (light railway) System,

a tramway and a bus net. There are connections from Geneva main station to the airport every

12 minutes.

RER Lèman (Geneva / Vaud)


The RER Leman is a suburban railway network in Greater Geneva. It consists of the RER Vaud and the RER Genève. The network is not ready yet developed. It will be extended. In the Year 2030, the project should be completed. A few Lines are also across borders to France.

Tramway Geneva:

 

The Tramway Network of geneva has 4 lines and 76 stations.

At the rush hour all 3-4 minutes comes a train.

The tram network is operated by the

Transports Publics Genevois (TPG)

Bus:

 

In geneva there is a trolleybus and a normaly bus network. The trolleybus has 6 lines.

And there`s 6 normally Bus lines. All Bus / Trolleybus and Tramway lines were operated by the:
